I loved working with the patients and some of th techs.

Cons

Very clicky for it being a big hospital. Management has their favorites. New hires are on probation for 90 days. If they don't like you, they will try to fire you for any reason. Pray you don't get sick during that 90 days or have an emergency because you'll get fired for giving reasonable notice and even having a note. Everyone does not have an equal voice, If you are going to be a tech, shut your mouth and do what the nurse says. You may be right at times but you'll get fired for even raising a question.

None. Do yourself a favor and don't work there.

Cons

Profits over people is the UHS way. You don't need to work in the behavioral health division to know this. The King of Prussia offices are dismal. Lack of basic respect for employees. No work life balance. Abusers and enablers.
