      Pros

      Easy hire because they don't really care who they employ within their unit. Especially SMTC.

      Cons

      No experience, high turnover rate, SMTC is ran by nurses, no order or structure.

      Cons

      Absolutely no loyalty to long term employees. Certifications are not recognized. Management says they are not a teaching hospital to take on new grads but take on students through out the hops.

      Pros

      Great team of Behavioral Health staff trying to make a difference in kids lives. Beautiful new facility. Pay is fair.

      Cons

      Too many changes in administration!! We finally had a great CEO and she was caring, compassionate, visionary, and always available. UHS came in and let her go for no good reason. Best leader I ever worked for in all my years. Inspiring! Now just one leader after another and the regional corporate staff is disrespectful and disruptive and knows very little about what is really going on in Chicago.
