      There are no pros only cons

      Cons

      It was a complete nightmare! No repercussions for children except taking away points that don’t matter anyways. Workers are treated like a trained pack of dogs. You taught to be horrible to the children. This place needs shut down! It was the biggest mistake of my life to ever step foot in that building.

      Little to no leadership training given to managers, no consistency in enforcement of policy, HR is useless and works against you in every way, managers are professional Bullies.
