Pros

Being able to help the clients through difficult times when they are experiencing symptoms of their various psychiatric diagnosis.

Cons

I worked at Lighthouse Care Center of Conway. The management was a joke. The CEO was so out of touch with how unhappy his employees and pretended he didn't understand why the turnover rate was so high. Well when you treat your employees like crap, that should be expected. Understaffed at all times. Dangerous working conditions but constantly admitting patients, sometimes even when there were no beds available! Not to mention putting up with this and the pay wasn't competitive. Would never work for UHS again.

Pros

the building has Air conditioning...that's it.

Cons

This place has no respect for the employees. Everything is about the bottom line and how much bonuses the managers/directors can squeeze in. The PTO days are very little and there is no compassion for anyone. People are rather insensitive and nobody really cares about anyone here.
