I have none to share, unfortunately.

Cons

A recruiter reached out to me letting me know that they were interested in talking to me about my application and asked me for a few times I was available. I sent a list of times, was asked for a new list of times, sent a new list of times, and never heard back. I've heard of recruiters like this before but never experienced them myself. I recognize recruiters are likely swamped with thousands of applications.....but why not communicate that? Left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend applying here ever unless you want to waste your time and energy.

the healthcare benefits and some really solid coworkers that became good friends

Cons

Low pay. Can be super long hours. Every job seemed to be rushed and an emergency. Management seemed to never hear my requests or needs. There seemed to be no room to teach me the skills I needed to learn and progress and do my job well.

Siloed in role and across departments Outdated HR policies (no reviews, no areas for growth, low accountability for managers) Feels like a popularity contest Politics Gossip I do not recommend working here
