Pros

The work was interesting. good budget for software / tools to assist in your day to day

Cons

Favoritism at it's finest. corrupt and shady management practices. You will get called to login to work even when your not on-call. Management will force people out that think differently or challenge a decision they made even if it's a poor choice. HR will not record calls and will believe anything management says without proof. Providing proof does nothing. Work life balance doesn't exist. Certain departments have no clear direction. Everything is retroactive, jumping fire to fire instead of being proactive. Management and most staff have been around for 15+ years, and will ignore / protect bad employees. Bad employees that are not logging in, not answering the on-call phone, not working tickets.

Pros

No positives, there’s are too many negatives

Cons

Senior management are outdated and non progressive. They want their employees in the office and in their desks. No one wants to be in the office. 2 days was already pushing it and now more? Give it a couple of months when your retention rate has grown

No Career Growth

Pros

Amazing benefits and everything is on cruise control so you don't really have to work, just sit there and be on time.

Cons

There's no career growth for young people in this company. 90% of the managers and directors do not know how to use excel or is extremely poor at it given their titles. Everyone is a LOT older like 50+ just waiting to retire (they even say it). The process there is absolutely horrible, none of the older people want to learn the new systems and are using processes that were created 20+ years ago... management only knows how to use pivot tables, no formulas and definitely no macros. There's also no room for growth because there's no annual review, so there's no raises or promotions.. what you're making is what you will always be making +2.5% annual cost of living (if given). Bonuses are only given to managers and up, discretionary are given to staffs below managers, but they're usually not given any, maybe $200, which is ridiculous when you see the financial and know how crazy profitable the company is.
