      Pros

      * UX is a growth industry and UserZoom is well placed to capitalize on UX growth. * Lots of talented people * Great product that has been improving in the last few years. Lots more to improve (fast) to remain competitive. * Good open culture, lot of improvements in the last year

      Cons

      * Clearly there is a lot of growing pain * Lots of changes, need some stability * Pressure to do good work (which isn't a con in itself)

      Great culture focused on winning and getting better each day, great space to be in that's growing like a wildfire, amazing clients who get value from the product

      Open Office Layout, flexible work from home schedules, responsive teams

      Cons

      The Mountain View offices are a little run down and teams are located in separate buildings. The San Francisco office get's can get loud at times
