Pros

Open and honest, collaborative culture, fun. Bringing ideas and another POV to the conversation is respected and appreciated. Clients truly love what we sell, and benefit from using our software. The company and industry are growing fast.

Cons

Thankfully, nothing really to report at this time

Pros

UserZoom has a huge opportunity in the UX space, and there is a vision, leadership, and technology to support it. The business opportunity is there. And the leadership is staying focused on meeting it. My colleagues are collaborative and good-humored. I genuinely enjoy their company. The leadership is very responsive to input, and you can have a real impact on plans to achieve company goals. You also can take ownership of your work; I never feel micromanaged, but also feel supported when needed.

Cons

Need more operational/admin support. There is a lot of talent here, but insufficient investment in support or entry-level staff. Antiquated approach to PTO.

Pros

-Managers are approachable -Highly supportive of remote work -Respectful of time zones and workday hours -Pretty flat hierarchy, everyone has a voice -I feel valued for the work I do

Cons

-Sometimes it's so casual that we can come across as immature -Lots of company changes mean lots of moving targets with operations -Lots of meetings that have good intentions, but would make more sense to have fewer attendees
