      Pros

      Familiar company, nice and smart coworkers and good working methodology.

      Cons

      In my opinion there's no cons. The only thing is that maybe is not the place to be rich. Salaries are OK and in terms of work/life balance are more than correct.

      Pros

      The product is the best in the field and has several advantages over the competition. This makes it good value to customers and the company is growing as a result. The culture is also really good. Very social, fairly young and genuinely collaborative. Since bake-off lots of people bring in cake

      Cons

      No free drinks in the London Office Sabuteo is not a replacement for a ping pong table or pool table. Sabuteo is hardly even a game.
