Pros

- Fun and informal working environment - Plenty of cross functional teamwork and collaboration - Clearly stated short term business goals - Everyone here buys into and believes in the product - Growing market with great opportunities - Ping Pong table in the office

Cons

- Could be clearer career mapping & more transparent salary guidance - The freedoms associated with 'startup' culture can sometimes feel like a lack of structure - Not enough table football

Pros

I've been lucky enough to work for a number of good companies and thought it would be hard to beat my last but UserZoom has topped it. - The management are very down to earth and approachable - The company cares about it's staff - Very good culture - Freedom to work your own way and support to help whenever you need it - Fair salaries - Good social events - Cool offices

Cons

- Due to the nature of the job it can mean people are onsite with clients a lot resulting in a quiet office sometimes - Perhaps need better training for graduates as it's currently geared for people with more experience
