Pros

Remote working Occasionally some interesting projects Non management colleagues are easy going and helpful Nice industry

Cons

It used to be a company that empowered its employees unfortunately what we see lately is: - micromanagement - overly criticized for small mistakes - Directors looking down to other employees - lack and denial of career progression - knee jerk performance reviews - hard work and long hours never recognized or appreciated

Pros

Get to work with super smart people that always have time to share their knowledge and experience. An energetic and fun office where everyone wants to achieve and get better, the Kaizen philosophy.

Cons

Can be challenging working in a company thats growing so fast which leads to lots of process changes, admin not my fav!
