Pros

I've been lucky enough to work for a number of good companies and thought it would be hard to beat my last but UserZoom has topped it. - The management are very down to earth and approachable - The company cares about it's staff - Very good culture - Freedom to work your own way and support to help whenever you need it - Fair salaries - Good social events - Cool offices

Cons

- Due to the nature of the job it can mean people are onsite with clients a lot resulting in a quiet office sometimes - Perhaps need better training for graduates as it's currently geared for people with more experience

Pros

Genuinely best-in-class software being used by some of the world's largest brands. UX 100% will become a huge market and needed by every large company in the world so opportunities for growth and progression. Good salary and bonuses. Cool open-plan offices in a great part of Manchester. Relaxed, supportive and collaborative environment. Ideas are welcomed from bottom-up. Senior positions held in Manchester office so you can see the strategy first-hand. Clear progression path. Great open-plan office. Nice, friendly team throughout.

Cons

Company is growing in Europe so the team could be bigger, but investment & social agendas are making up for this.
