Pros

Great benefits such as: - Off on your birthday - Flexible working hours - Professional development stipend. - Any role is paid above the average in Scotland

Cons

None really, except the recent acquisition which made a lot of people redundant. Recruiters could be better at communicating when applying for jobs.

Pros

Nice logos and clean office

Cons

More accepting of its internal core IT staff using company devices for browsing hate speech content than it is of those trying to follow the company values and who want to learn/progress Little care for human talent or the health of its staff Mismanagement and convoluted team Seperation Botching mergers left and right
