Pros

- Good base pay - Work from home

Cons

- Targets unachievable for most Sales - Chaotic leadership team in the EU with no guidance or market strategy, just do more and try to get your number is the best idea they come up with. - There is no supportive culture, and since the merger, that only worsened - Layoffs are poorly handled and also hitting the wrong people

Pros

You can work from home. Pay is nice. Benefits package better than most. (though this may have changed after the buyout, my role was impacted.)

Cons

The typical stuff that comes with sales. A LOT of comparison to your colleagues. If you're a high performer, you can get away with shady activity (including doing deals in other's territories/verticals).
