Pros

Good salary for my role Great people to work with at my level Flexibility

Cons

Really homogenous and incredibly limited diverse identities in leadership Burnout has been real post-merger. People are worn very thin, and communication from the top has been limited

Pros

Great opportunity as a combined business (UserTesting+UserZoom+EnjoyHQ) to continue to grow in the market, as market leaders.

Cons

Due to the merger, it feels like there are a lot of things being held together by a piece of string and not operating optimally. Middle management, especially sales managers/VPs, don't seem to have the experience to take the org to the next level. Not a bad executive team but could do with some refreshing as a lot of worked together for a long time which isn't always great.
