Pros

Awesome people, a focus on self-improvement, and an engineering culture that emphasizes collaboration.

Cons

It's a bit chaotic, because of the focus on 'self-organized groups'. Getting significant technical changes through requires buy-in from a lot of people.

Pros

Fun atmosphere, a lot of easy-going individuals who are interested in one bigger goal. CEO, President, etc are generally available any time you need them. A lot of external training as well as internal.

Cons

May be a bit too lax at times. Definitely focus on an end-goal, but unsure if that goal will stay the same or continue to morph depending on the market.

Pros

A culture that encourages failing fast, learning from those mistakes, and getting better. A sense of adventure and boldness.

Cons

Expected growing pains that companies of this nature endure: cross functional communication, clearly defined and delineated career path and role descriptions.
