Pros

UserTesting is an amazing place to work because they love to hire people who are smart, effective, and nice. The company is growing very quickly, but they still have a start-up culture, which helps to build your career in the direction you want to go. They have great benefits, smart and funny employees, and excellent leadership.

Cons

I've been with UserTesting for 2 weeks, and there are so many new people every week that it's so challenging to learn and remember so many new faces!

Pros

They have a beautiful, clean, functional website. A sad rarity among many company websites.

Cons

Possibly a bit too minimalist; may be difficult to find answers if you run into problems for remote work
