      Leadership has a strong vision for where the company is headed and they're well positioned to gain marker share. Generally a very supportive work environment.

      Cons

      Teams are spread out across different locations and time zones which can make it difficult to feel connected to the company at large.

      After having worked for some of the top companies in the world, UserTesting has the best leadership I've ever seen... smart, approachable, kind, helpful, and always improving.

      Cons

      For a UX company, our own UX could be a lot better. We also need better branding.
