1) The people. Overall an amazing group of very intelligent, kind and hardworking people. I can not stress how kind hearted and wonderful the people in this company are. 2) Great upper management. C level executives are absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work for. They seek employee feedback and actually listen. Action is taken within a reasonable amount of time to alleviate concerns. 3) Career growth opportunities. There's lots of growth for those who know how to find it. You'll notice there's been movement between departments for those who know where their interests are and have put in the work to prove their worth. 4) Increase of perks: snacks, coffee trucks, lunches, dinner, onsite massages, dog-friendly office, and flexibility to work remotely when needed (benefits are improving as well)

It has that excitement you can only find at a fast growing startup. But there's a sense of stability that's rare for a company like this. UserTesting is one company that keeps an open mind and aims to improve. Its in its DNA. I have been impressed with the high standards that are placed on how we treat customers. We don't tolerate negative speaking about our customers. Engineering, where I work, is always experimenting with ways to improve and get better. The product and engineering teams are full of smart people who care deeply about the direction of the company and its customers. The employee retention here is great! I believe it is mostly due to the value placed on listening and addressing challenges and pursuing opportunities. People are valued here. Because of the growth of UserTesting, opportunities for personal and career growth are abundant.

This is a place made up of nice people. Everyone I've meet here has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. They provide strong work benefits (health packages, snacks, etc.).
