Pros

Great opportunity as a combined business (UserTesting+UserZoom+EnjoyHQ) to continue to grow in the market, as market leaders.

Cons

Due to the merger, it feels like there are a lot of things being held together by a piece of string and not operating optimally. Middle management, especially sales managers/VPs, don't seem to have the experience to take the org to the next level. Not a bad executive team but could do with some refreshing as a lot of worked together for a long time which isn't always great.

Pros

Remote and travel at times.

Cons

No clear management. Management keep changing and there's little to no support for and from some teams. Internal process is awful impacting customers. Expect Nepotism.

Company values are nothing more than empty promises

Pros

The team I worked in was well oiled, with clear communication and handled role delegation and task management appropriately. I was thoroughly onboarded into the team, and was given a wide network of resources to get up to par with my product knowledge.

Cons

The way the company handled the merger/acquisition and subsuquent redundancies was akin to a horror movie. For a company that prided itself on 'being kind', keeping an entire body of nearly 1000 on edge for months with the looming possibility of being made redundant and doing absolutely nothing to promote moral was definitely not in line with the company values. The work culture shifted considerably from day 1 of the merger, with a lot of people across all levels of seniority being kept in the dark.

Pros

Hybrid work arrangement that is flexible

Cons

Management team is out of touch. Very little support for us AEs and unrealistic targets set without doing clear market scoping. Everyone seems busy but clueless at the same time. Join if you're just looking for somewhere to bump around.

Pros

Can always work from home, very chill and relaxing environment. Can always take time off work if you have kids. Flexible time off policy.

Cons

CEO lies to us. Extremely low pay, benefits get worse every year. HR is incompetent and not really willing to help. Not much diversity as management is mostly white men. In engineering the only way to get promoted is if you are friends with management as racist and misogynist coworkers always seem to get promoted. Post merger is causing a ton of stress with strict deadlines. You never really know what the CTO is doing or has done, he shows up to meetings unprepared and just wings presentations.
