There currently is no actual management but everything is very unorganized. Tons of favoritism and cliques. Lack of communication

Pays well, lots of training for the job

Cons

The workflow was very chaotic, the location I worked at was consistently understaffed, and add on the fact that VEG is open layout for pet parents. It made the job incredibly difficult and it wasn't worth the pay for me.
