Pros

Every hospital is different but I work in a great one. Caring management. Good pay. Flexible schedule. Friendly staff. Ability to help clients in all the ways they need. Growth opportunities within the hospital and more outside if you're wanting to grow more.

Cons

Most locations get fresh to vet med management, mostly coming from retail. It is not always the best combo for team dynamic and business sense.
