Plenty of opportunities to grow. Great compensations and benefits. Company and the department supports career growth (certs, attending conferences, etc.) Great work-life balance, opinions matter here.

Cons

Sometimes you wear more than one hat. Personally, I like it because it gives me more exposure and learning opportunities, though it might be a drawback for some people.
