Overworking Understaffed They weed people out instead of keeping them and teaching them up to the next level They put inexperienced people in leadership and get surprised when staff underperform, put the blame on the staff and then fire them They are a clique A lot of young inexperienced people who are enthusiastic and they put a positive twist on being overworked and make it sound normal
