Strong leadership from upper management through assistant managers. Leadership is approachable, encouraging, and consistently recognizes hard work. The team environment is supportive, and there are opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting. Management genuinely cares about both employees and patient care.

Cons

The environment is very fast-paced, which can be an adjustment for some. At times, additional structure in training and communication could be helpful during especially busy shifts.
