We try to avoid office politics, which is what you seem to be concerned about. I encourage you to email the management, especially since you are former employee, regarding the individuals who "micro-manage". In many instances, micro management is necessary when the employee priority is not aligned with the program / project / company priority. However, this should not be the rule of thumb, especially for high growth company or when we pride ourselves in hiring the right talent.
Last and most importantly, it is unfortunate that you could not see any pros. All coins have 2 sides, and there are many Pros to VSolvit as evidenced by sustained growth and repeat customers. I would have wished that you could be more objective to include "good customer", or "good project" as a Pros - even if you were not happy with your immediate supervisor / manager.
