Pros

Whether you want to enhance your current skill set or learn/develop new skills, VSolvit is a great place to do either. The company is growing at a tremendous pace and welcomes all employee levels - from entry level to mid level to senior level without any prejudices.

Cons

You need to LOVE what you are doing or really want to learn more to keep up and succeed.

Thank you for your advice. We are (trying to) evolving our management / leadership, and hopefully you see the results. About watching the team soar - we already do. I cannot think of any other team I would rather spend my time with than the one we have. Certainly we are not perfect, but we ROCK! Thank you for your trust and participation in our journey.

It is very hard to find one good reason to be with the such a cheap company

Cheap cheap cheap.... they want you to work like an IT professionals, but they pay you minimum..... chepest IT company

Hey Rock star, sorry about your experience. While we will ignore the spellings, (cheapest), - we do care about feedback. We are frugal...yes. WE have to be responsible with our expenses, since we are after all federal government contractors. As Payal often says, we are tax payers before contractors.

Pros

Fast growing IT technology services company that offers great opportunity to those that are willing to go the extra mile. As a small company there is much opportunity for personal advancement. Very focused on innovation and open to new ideas!

Cons

As with any fast growing organization there are some "growing pains", however, the company is diligent in trying to rapidly recognize those pain points and determine best solutions to move forward.
