      Pros

      If you want an employer who is hands off and does not come around they are great.

      Cons

      No pay raises in 8 years. Don't care about their employees only looking for more work. They show interest and then never even try to move you up, No opportunities even if they tell you there are.

      Sorry that you have not received a raise in 8 years. The company has been around for 9 years, and we have grown from 2 people to 300+. If you have been around for truly 8 years, then either I am missing something, or you have been in a dark, gloomy place... sorry. Time to step out in the sun, share your accomplishments with the management and see what happens :)

      Pay Is Too Low

      Pros

      I was able to work from home, and I set my own hours. Everyone I worked with was nice. There were weekly meetings.

      Cons

      I thought the pay was terrible. They target college students because the pay is so low, and I think its unfair that they continue to hire people at that low rate instead of giving the people they have already hired a higher salary and more hours.

      Thank you for your feedback. I understand your viewpoint, and want to share that the program is geared to identify talent. We go broad, and hope to identify talent that can be brought onboard for more responsibilities. I recommend that you focus on your responsibility, hit the ball out of the ballpark, communicate your accomplishments to the team / management, and if interested, join us fully time with broader set of responsibilities. My 2 cents for a fulfilling career.

      Growing Company

      Pros

      My experience at this company was phenomenal. I worked closely with the CEO and upper management as a Project Manager Ina high profile Program. There is so much room to grow and implement ideas. Honored to have VSolvit on my resume.

      Cons

      Like all growing companies, there are growing pains. Love it and thrive or leave it.

      Thank you for your feedback...miss u too :) We have had a successful life beyond our wildest dreams (yes...you can accuse some of us for not dreaming big enough originally...) - and we absolutely love to do what we do. Our margins may be very low, but our impact to our customer is very high. As someone said very well, life is about who has the most friends, not the most toys :)
