      Another great company, ruined by private equity

      Pros

      There were some amazing employees, I imagine some must still be there. Really cool work

      Cons

      Once PE took over, they gutted what used to be an amazing company and great place to work. Laid off massive numbers of employees, especially at higher levels, and piled the work on to the few remaining staff, who were often uneducated on the new tasks assigned to them. In typical PE fashion, they are running on a skeleton crew and barely getting by for short term gains. Really sad to see what was an amazing set of companies ruined by PE and the new leadership.

      Once they got bought by private equity, it was a disaster. Don't expect to get a raise ever.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent especially time off if you are FTO & you can get manager approval for more 10 days off. Though they do keep changing them every year & not for the better, Should have put two stars for Compensations & Benefits but wouldn't let me edit that part after I submitted the review the first time. Sorry about that! :)

      Cons

      No job security especially since the merger. No loyalty. Poor pay raises and no bonuses unless you are a manager (and you know not everyone can be a manager), even though you work as hard if not harder than the manager(s). Petty office politics. Poor organization in all depts. I cannot prove discrimination but it seems more older employees were let go since the merger though it also might have been the higher salaries. I wouldn't trust working here unless you desperately need a job or want to get your foot in door of the satellite community.
