      From best to worst place to work

      Pros

      - Decent benefits - Used to be a great team but now some new people who were brought in at a MUCH higher level than their previous positions are showing their inflated egos. - Company should still do well financially with the new satellites in the orbit. But that does little in terms of employee satisfaction if there is chaos around you.

      Cons

      Too many to list. - Company is extremely dysfunctional, not much gets done. - People are not valued. New employees hired at higher levels come in with excitement but then fall victim to their own egos.

      Flexible time off you can take

      Cons

      Company is full of management who have absolutely no idea what the company does or how the industry works. More interested in developer productivity metrics than actually building or fixing products and the business. Upper management are completely out of touch so they hire snake oil salesmen to tell them what they want to hear, while hollowing out the people who do the actual work. Company will be lucky to around in 5 years.

      Management out-of-touch with their staff Driven by greed coming from Advent International Culture is non existent Horrible recruiting process - no follow-up, nepotism You can't even walk up to a printer in any building and figure out how to print. Constantly changing direction
