      Underpaid Chaos

      Excellent time off policy. Unlimited that you can use. Interesting work if you can find it.

      Cons

      Absolutely no strategic vision, underpay developers to an extreme degree, middle management and product people are completely clueless about how the business works and what it does. Senior management trying to save cents on anything they can while letting business critical staff leave because they are neglected on pay. No broader vision besides cutting costs—leadership truly doesn't understand the company, but are bringing in consultants to cut staff even further.

      Most peers are nice to work with. No one micro manages you and you're free to create innovative solutions to unique problems.

      Cons

      Management is slow when adjusting to change. (ie covid, work from home changes, resource allocation, etc. )

      the company does not make decisions on what makes money. they only care about building empires and promoting friends to directors. definitely EEO violations.
