      Pros

      - Student Loan Repayment is nice although it’s inconsistently paid. - Flexible work hours for most positions.

      Cons

      - Corporate bias and politics - Egotistical management - Not a merit-based organization - Underbid contracts to win resulting in being overworked and very, very limited budgets - Raises capped at 3% and not guaranteed. Often delayed months at a time. - Promotions even harder to get - they don’t want to pay you. - Little room for growth. You’ll likely stay pigeon-holed in your role until you decide to leave the company. - Immense lack of transparency by leadership and confrontations if you challenge the status quo. - Technology support is lacking causing frequent and prolonged downtime. - “Values” and “Culture” are only talking points. Requests are ignored and the company as a whole does not support good values or culture. - “Diversity and Inclusion” is used to virtue signal. The company does not actually value diversity and inclusion, specifically not conservatives or Christians. Rather, it’s more of a political agenda they push onto employees.

      Amazing work but lacking leadership

      Pros

      The work you do will be some of the most uniquely challenging and satisfying work in the space sector you can imagine. All of your colleagues are great and continue to improve upon each other.

      Cons

      Leadership is stuck in the “old defense” days but claims to try and be competitive against private tech, so it’s bleeding good engineers due to unnecessary red tape and bureaucracy.
