Pros
-Tons of freedom creative or otherwise. -Really awesome laid back people to work with. -The developer department is always on top of whatever issues are happening with the clients. -The CEO is decent to get along with and also is a major contributor to the application so he understands the process and how long it will potentially take. -Your deadlines aren't very cut throat. -You never feel like your job is in danger.
Cons
-The pay. They start you off at half the market value of any potential developer which, if you're very concerned about making good money upfront at a company, this isn't the place for you. -If you're used to a very corporate infrastructure where you are clocking in and out and are basically chained to your desk and that's what you want in an employer, then this isn't for you.
