Pros

The only pro I can come up with is the co-workers...they were friendly.

Cons

- Extremely over-managed by CEO - Horrible pay - Can't work through lunch and adjust arrival/departure time - If you take your lunch at your desk, you better not play a game of solitaire...not allowed - CEO expects staff to check their voice mail and email before bed every night (including weekends) in case he needs something, and you better return the call/email - Arrival and departure time closely monitored (practically have to punch a time clock) - Calls employees to the carpet in meetings - If in the first 90 days you are out sick, must bring a doctors note (not kidding) - Overall, not treated as adults/professionals

Good experience builder, not much else.

Pros

Good experience builder, but everything was off the cuff.

Cons

At the time, very little regard to employees from management. Expectations out-weighed the incentives, and very little motivation given. No "good job," just broken promises.
