Thank you for this comment. You are spot on in your feedback that with our rapid growth we are in the painful growth phase that comes with rapid scale. In the last few months, many of our old processes (that worked when we were small) are breaking now and that can make things difficult. This year we've invested in a tool to centralize and simplify all of our training, hired an entire team to support our providers onboarding and learning, and we’ve begun hosting regular manager training to ensure our managers are supported in their work. There is still much work to be done and we are committed to listening to the feedback to make Vida great not only for its clinical outcomes but for being a great place to work.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, I want you to know that we have read this review, and I will share this with the Senior Leadership Team. Regarding your comment about salary cuts - as an evolving business, there are times when previously necessary positions are no longer viable. However, in these cases, rather than end our relationship with the employee, we do everything we can to offer alternative positions in the company. Sometimes those positions are at a lower salary but we always strive to be fair and consistent in the offers we make based on local market and position rates. We do apologize that you had this experience and we are committed to supporting our employees as our business evolves. At Vida, we believe in creating an environment where our employees can grow and develop and strive to give them every opportunity to do so. We have also begun to invest in training and development of our managers to help them learn the skills to be great partners to all of our employees.
