Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the many positives around market space, growth potential, and importantly about the exciting product work being done. As for areas of improvement, we have done multiple employee surveys and have implemented a lot of positive changes that arose from them - first and foremost being more deliberate communication between leadership and employees. We want a culture where all employees are comfortable having open conversations, invariably leading to better outcomes for all. We have consolidated the office locations into one central office in downtown San Francisco which has led to a much more productive work environment. Our recent benefits review resulted in 100% cost coverage for employee health insurance and introduction of a 401K plan. Thanks again for your thoughts and for your work contributions.

As you would know, we have consolidated the office locations into one central office in downtown San Francisco so there is a much more cohesive work environment. We’ve improved our benefits massively which has resulted in 100% cost coverage for employee health insurance in addition to the introduction of a 401K plan.
