Cons

Salary could be better The company is growing so rapidly that its hard to catch up with all the moving parts but everyone is surely trying My hiring process took over a year, during that time communication was not good at all. Not the experience I have had once I got hired. I believe HR has had a change in staff so not sure its the same

Management is in disarray and it seems that the company struggles to retain or gain top talent. People are leaving left and right with no replacement in sight. Projects are decided and assigned by management regardless of value. Overtime, the managers have gotten to serious micro-managing to meet personal quotas. Goals can be immediately interrupted for a low priority task which has led to many frustrating moments. The company is focusing too much on OKRs which puts a huge strain and often results in low quality outputs.
