* Company goal of universal data privacy is meaningful and substantial. * Work/office environment is lighthearted, fun, and engaging. * Relatively flat organization. Everyone gets their say * Meritocratic. If you provide value, you will be recognized. * The business is prospering and just cleared a Series B of funding

Cons

* Benefits not the best as others have mentioned. * You will have to earn your place. Expect to put in extra hours once in a while, but nothing out of the ordinary for a startup.

Cons

I kept thinking of cons nothing comes. - Benefits could be better but for the startup standards, it is fine.

Flexible job, fun environment, very smart and cool coworkers, flat culture. It seems like the stake holders genuinely care about employees.
