Pros

- Beautiful new office with snacks and drinks galore - Use the technology you want, if you can justify using a tool or language, you can use it - Flat management structure means you get lots of chances to influence the company's direction - Flexible work arrangement with options to travel back to the office to see the rest of the team means you can work where you want but stay connected on a regular basis

Cons

- Benefits (medical, dental, vision) could be better, no 401(k) match - Lack of structure can be difficult for more junior employees

Pros

Virtru has a great team of employees that work really hard delivering for our customers and employees. Great culture, fun new office space with great amenities like free lunch, high end coffee bar, workout facility at the office. The company is at an exciting spot, growing rapidly with lots of momentum. Also, the company has attracted a lot of new talent lately and is growing the employee base significantly in the next 6-12 months. If you are looking for a challenging, yet rewarding place to work check out our job postings. Good opportunities for career development as the company continues to grow. Recently several employees were promoted to new jobs in different organizations.

Cons

Benefits could be better but pretty standard for a start-up.
