Since joining the Virtru team three years ago, I've always been impressed with the quality of the people that work here. Everyone is extremely smart, talented, and the best at what they do, which has been a great motivator to make sure I bring my own A game. The leadership has also done a great job fostering the company culture. Everyone truly believes in our mission which is refreshing after having worked at other companies where that wasn't always the case. We also focus on professional development which is really valuable.

Virtru has everything you could ask for in an employer, starting with a great leadership team. From day one it was very obvious that Virtru's leadership team believes in the power of growing and developing it's employees - something you don't find in many companies. They truly care for the well-being of their employees and genuinely believe that Virtru is a sum of all of its parts. A true "team first" organization. Each functional team is full of incredibly smart, driven, and successful individuals that you'll likely end up hanging out with outside of the office as well.
