      Pros

      If you're willing to relocate for lower than market salary, poor benefits, and run the risk of not having a job when your contract is up, it's a great place to work.

      Cons

      The internal systems are out-dated - they feel like they were written in the 90's and belong on angelfire or geocities. While the term "millennial" is thrown about generously, management seems stuck in the 70's. There is little concern for employees - they are treated like cogs in a machine, not people. Communication down is absent, while communication up is expected, but punished when negative.
