      Pros

      Project based company. So you will get to learn various technologies.

      Cons

      There's a layoff going on. It's unstable after the acquiring Polaris. They would just lay off without notice.

      Pros

      They do have some good and talented people there. They run a very tight/non-existent bench. The key pre-sales folks they have and key delivery folks they have are really top notch.

      Cons

      Zero sales culture. Everyone must be 100% billable. Zero investment in growth. Everyone expected to wear 20 hats, work 6 days a week and 12-14 hours a day. Very tactical views on business with month to month 'beatings' to ensure revenue and margin attainment.

      Pros

      Competitive Salary, was pro remote (work) prior to COVID.

      Cons

      Bait and switch, set me into a Project Management role when I was promised a Program Manager role (huge difference). They did not utilize my true experience. Expect backstabbing and credit stolen for your hard work. They won't tell you the hours you need to work, because they want you to work at ALL hours.
