      Pros

      There aren't many here, unfortunately. There are some very smart and nice people working here but it's not a large number and they are often kept from being successful.

      Cons

      Executive management is new but the Senior leadership team below them is frankly the least creative and the least uninformed group of people that I have ever met. They want worker robots that don't express thoughts or ideas. I WISH I NEVER HEARD OF VIRTUSA. I sincerely wait with anticipation to read that either those people are fired or the company goes under.

      Where do I start? At the covering up by management and HR of sexist and racist behavior? Or the fact that a manager got away with nearly hitting an employee? You decide.

      No pros at all. Nothing Nothing Nothing.

      Cons

      The hiring team will promise you a good hike, because no one in the market will be ready to join this crap. After you joined the company, within couple of months you will receive a letter stating due to company's bad financial state your salary will be reduced to xxx ( minimum 10% pay cut). This company is full of cheaters and back stabbers. Never ever join this crap, even if you are getting 10 - 15% lesser than this company please go ahead with that offer. Because anyway you will loose that 10% after joining the company.
