Pros

No Pros for this company

Cons

This review is for eTouch Systems, which got taken over by Virtusa -- Makes you sign contract with financial implications for filing Green card -- Sign bond with financial implication if you leave the company early -- Lot of group level politics and your hard work will never be appreciated. Several times, credit for your work will be taken up by your managers or their loyalist people. No acknowledgement for your work -- Company management encourages and protects their acolytes for bad behavior -- In case you are not part of their favorite group, there will be one set of rules for you and another for them -- management will use their sweet talk and pretend to be in your favor in case you inform them about a conflict or a concern -- No support when one is faced with professional or personal situation -- No career growth or salary growth

Pros

- If you enjoy working in a extremely tech focused firm - Focused on building industry solutions

Cons

- High ambition initially among all employees for the first year then morale goes straight down the gutter as employees realize they contribution is not valued. It becomes very clear in promotion and compensation discussions and has resulted in major talent attrition - Not a collaborative unless someone needs something from you - long hours with little reward - - Low salary compared to industry - Salary hikes slashed past 3 of 4 years - Variable pay (bonus) is at most 70cents on the dollar due to company component that has not been paid out in the past 4 years. Also variable pay has been slashed multiple occasions over the past 3-4 years
