      Pros

      Can’t really think of any pro’s. I have a job but wouldn’t hesitate leaving for better benefits.

      Cons

      - Pay is below US national average - promotions are not given - Benefits are non existent. 3 weeks vacation that never goes up even if you have worked here 15 years. - Education/training is not offered and they make it very hard to get reimbursed. - offshore turnover is high

      Company is committed to growth.

      Cons

      This company was a mystery to me during my tenure there. Very poor management and unclear objectives. Unsure as to how the firm grows and wins new business. Didn’t treat people well who performed and frequently made poor hr decisions.
