This is a terrible place to work. First off, they do not invest in their employees whatsoever. No training, or room for growth, hence the terrible retention rate. They seriously cannot sell a project if their lives depended on it. Most of the projects they ‘win’ are through relationships they have with stakeholders. If you’re not on a project, you’re pretty much deadweight and they want to get rid of you ASAP. If you’re a more senior employee, they love you until they no longer need you. Pay isn’t well, and their bonuses are insulting.
