Pros

Good pay, competitive with industry / experience level.

Cons

- No mentors, everyone is out for themselves - They don't strategically place / assign you based on your experience - You are assigned to a role / client based on what is convenient to them - They don't offer practice level or peer level support when you need it most - They break promises that are in your offer letter - Workforce is too remote focused - They throw you in front of the Client with little to no context, its sink or swim - A Senior Manager will throw you under the bus at first opportunity if it means making themselves look good, no accountability - They aren't transparent with Client about a teams prior experience

Pros

Some people were nice to work with Certain managers and senior leadership greatly improve the workplace culture If you end up with the right manager, they may offer some comfort to keep you distracted from the regular chaos in the company

Cons

Complete and utter disregard for their employees. Experienced multiple unwarranted lay off cycles of employees weeks after their start date due to the lack of planning and organization No recognition of talent or hard work Compensation and benefits mark the very bottom of industry standards Approach to attrition is to treat employees as if they're temporary guests No pursuance of company values
