Bed bug issue at clients home and no forewarning for all caregivers.

Treated unfairly by owners. I do not recommend this agency. New owners are all for money instead of caring for elderly person.

Cons

Not receiving a notification, announcement or preparation while caring for an elderly person living in a bed bug infestation.

Coworkers are flexible with the other staff if needed

Cons

Owners are racists, lie, cheat on the system, verbally abusive and emotional abusive towards the staff, no matter what you're interviewing and hired for the are not even going to be giving you a position of such, they call other employees names and judge them with any filters and call them fat or "needs more than appropriate ethical words" of recommendation for the next hiring. Pay is horrific and completely thought it was going to be as what was discussed.

the industry is quite a rewarding experience in and of itself.

Cons

this particular franchise location is awful - do NOT use them for your family. they often send people to homes that have NOT cleared a background check. they are most interested in money vs. the care of the individual and rest assured they will be talking about you behind your back. bad karma all around!
