Pros

Honestly, I can't say there is anything good about this company.

Cons

Quickly after applying, I received a call about to come in for an interview. Everything was great! During the interview, I was told there was A LOT of individuals needed help in my area. I was thrilled by that, but that was a LIE! My first & only case with this company was 30 mins from my house. I felt like I was pushed to take the client even though I asked for something closer. Getting more clients is like a cat and mouse game. They will call you & if you miss it, you will call them back and it was a never ending cycle. They text you multiple times during the day about clients needing help. Honestly, I found this to be annoying especially when in school. I forgot to mention, if you don't call them back they get very pissed off at you. To put the icing on top of the cake, my friend was also employed at the same company. She was making $3 less than me. When she called asking to pick up clients, she also called and asked if she could talk about her pay. They called her back saying "We don't want people like you working for our company" All she did was ask for a raise after being there for a few years... I'm glad I left and I will never go back.

Pros

Pick your own hours

Cons

If they don’t like you in the office you get offered crappy hours. The pay is horrible, especially since clients pay $25 and hr and up. You’re looking at making no more then $11 an hr. No benefits. Management let’s you know you’re basically replaceable.
