      Pros

      The pros of this job are great you have a good work environment, you get commission for referring and get discounts on products and services.

      Cons

      The cons I would say (for me at least) is that when I signed up I did not want to have to be required to have any sort of sales pitch. So when I found out I was required to give referrals after finding out an alarm was false, I was disappointed, it felt off-putting cause I feel like most people already don’t want to talk to you and it makes them feel like that they are only a way for Vivint to make more off them and not someone you care about

      Pros

      The manager i had and the team I as on did care and tried to make it more bearable despite the constant pressure and heat they would get from their superiors.

      Cons

      It is a company with little respect for people and try to sell a service for way more than it is worth. The sales reps do not care at all for their customers and only really do it to profit from commission even though the people they are selling to will be screwed over in the process.

      Work van. That's it. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Crappy management, constantly changing managers. Manager won't give you everything you need to succeed unless you ask 4 million times. But the second you make a mistake or don't sell enough, they'll look for reasons to breathe down your neck. They told me I had inventory one morning, and when I drove to the inventory location, they fired me in a parking lot. Extremely heartless. Also be prepared to work until sundown. They don't care about family.
